Diverse Yoga For Relaxation - Part 1
Here is a link to our first video Yoga For Relaxation Video Part 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFuBonnsswM&feature=youtu.be
Ever wanted to try yoga but not known where to start?
Well here is our first Diverse online yoga class to help you get to know the basics.
Yoga is so much more than a load of fancy (and sometimes difficult), poses. It helps our body to connect to our mind through breathing and can help when we feel overwhelmed, over tired and a bit frazzled… something that we have all had to deal with in some form this year!
Yoga has been proven to have many health benefits including:
Can decrease stress levels
Relieving anxiety
May help with depression
Can improve sleep quality
For more detailed information on some of the benefits see the articles below:

This practice will only take you 20 mins and you don’t need anything… just a little quiet space on a floor. (Cushions and matt are useful but not essential).
Plus you may see a familiar face at the beginning explaining more about why we have chosen to do this.
GO ON… GIVE IT A GO… YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOOSE!!
(And if you like it please let us know), we are hoping to do an online live session in a few weeks which will be a great opportunity to see the wonderful Lottie Live in action…

Diverse Yoga for a Tired Mind - Part 2
Here is a link to our second video Yoga For a Tired Mind Part 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfrxSyX7vH8&feature=youtu.be
GO ON… GIVE IT A GO… YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOOSE!!
This one is designed to give you a few exercises to use when your mind is feeling tired, unmotivated and a bit fed up. Feelings that I’m sure all of you will have experienced recently having had to go (yet again) into full lockdown.
The physical element of this video is fairly low and it is approximately 20 minutes long. The first half focuses on some breathing techniques and things you can do sat in a chair if you aren’t wanting to do too much right now. In the second half, there are a few stretches but you can pick and choose which bits suit you depending on how you are feeling on the day.
For those of you who missed our first video last year, here it is again below with a little background information about yoga.
