WE ARE RECRUITING – Project support VOLUNTEERS

If you are passionate about making a difference for young people and adults in the future of work then you could volunteer to help deliver an exciting new programme at Inclusive Change At Work CIC.

The volunteer roles are supporting our community interest company. We need a range of skills to support our work experience programme for young AUTISTIC AND NEURODIVERGENT trainees.

  • Are you super organised and enjoy getting projects done?
    • Do you enjoy getting stuck into the details of a project?
    • Do you love copywriting?
    • Are you into design/social media or marketing?
    • Or are you motivated by doing new things and just want to have a go and help out?

If any of these sounds good and you have 2-3 hours a week over the next 2-3 months (or longer if you wish) we are looking for you!

The role is not paid work. It is working from home, with very occasional face to face meetings in the Bristol area. We will support you as part of the volunteer team and as a learning CIC we hope you will grow and develop new skills working in collaboration.

We aim to be an inclusive employer and welcome applications from neurodivergent adults or those with lived experience of neurodiversity.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity and we look forward to hearing from people who want to help us make a difference for the next generation of neurodivergent talent in the workplace.

Please tell us why you wish to be a Volunteer in your application and why Neurodiversity in the workplace is important to you?

We’re so excited to be starting on the Pilot and ongoing work experience programme…we look forward to reading your application.
