The Diverse team competed in a Mental Health football tournament run by AWP. They played 8 games and finished 3rd out of 5 teams. It was a great effort as it was the first time we had played competitive fixtures. We continue to have fun playing on a 5 aside pitch once a month.

There's a wide range of experience in our group. Everyone is welcome even if you're inexperienced.

The aim is to have fun & to possibly get some food afterwards.

We do a few practice drills but mostly we play games often with some wacky rules such as; next goal is worth 5 or only one player can score. We also set a challenge for the stronger players in a game of 2 versus 6.
