Senior Operations Manager

Diverse is recruiting for a senior operations manager.

This will involve many of the functions that currently Andrew Powell who is trustee of Diverse does.

It is a responsible role and involves being able to project manage the organisation oversee safeguarding and support the financial position of the charity.

It also involves supporting the events and festivals side of the charity that raises money for the social groups and activities.

It will be a very part time role to begin with and most of the work will be shadowing Andrew to learn how to do this job.
